Well the holiday season is upon us, and I hope everyone has had a few cups of cheer. New Yorkers are certainly no strangers to celebrating the holiday season, and just like everything else that New Yorkers do, they celebrate bigger and better than anyone else. Mady and I attended our first ever Santacon. Santacon: a congregation of Santa Clauses'. Seen around NYC was somewhere around 50,000 people dressed as Santa or some other type of holiday character walking drunkenly down the streets. As you can imagine, there was plenty for us to be jolly about while participating in this wonderful tradition.
I also had another noteworthy event this holiday season to celebrate, my 25th birthday! The day was celebrated by making splendid merriment with friends and loved ones as I was able to reflect on my past quarter century (and I must say, much wisdom has been gained, and you would be wise to have me share). Ice skating in Central Park, dinner and drinks with friends (and of course being showered with gifts and spoiled rotten), is the perfect way to celebrate a winter birthday! Many thanks to everyone that helped make my day especially special, you know who you are!
Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!
Xoxo,
